  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and compliance with labor laws.
  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate employee compensation.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Handle performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR best practices and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HR systems and records to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful HR Generalist should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in English and in Spanish.
