Descripción

Reporting to the global HR Director:

  • Handle all administrative tasks and paperwork in HR related projects including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organisational change, and all other employee-relations matters
  • Developing and maintaining all types of contracts of employment (Starters, Leavers, Extensions and employment transfers) ensuring legal compliance
  • Participate in the implementation of programs within the HR department to improve the employee experience

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related area
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Business Partner in an international environment, ideally within the Finance or Energy industry
  • Fluent level of English
  • Systematic approach to change management, with an impact focused mindset on both employees and the organisation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-border team structure
