Descripción

  • Lead the implementation of Synxis revenue management system in collaboration with Sales team.
  • Ensure seamless integration of synxis with other hotel systems, such as PMS and channel managers
  • Monitor and analyze hotel occupancy levels, room rates, and revenue performance on a daily basis using the PMS Protel system.
  • Utilize revenue management tools and reports to develop with the sales and revenue management team pricing strategies, promotions, and packages to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to identify pricing opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Implementation and Manage the Protel PMS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling reservations, bookings, and guest information.
  • Process reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping departments to ensure room availability, allocation, and proper guest accommodations.
  • Manage online distribution channels (OTA platforms, hotel website, etc.) through the Protel PMS to maximize visibility and drive direct bookings.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including occupancy, ADR (average daily rate), RevPAR (revenue per available room), and other relevant metrics using the Protel PMS.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, reservations, or a related area within the hotel industry.
  • Proficiency in using PMS Protel or similar property management systems.
  • Proficiency in using Synxis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
