- Ensure that the global value proposition is translated into a compelling vison for local stakeholders and these stakeholders' needs are well reflected in the company plans.
- Be accountable for local delivery of EMEA market access goals.
- Inform and sustain value-based pricing strategies.
- Create health economic and budget impact models to demonstrate value to local and regional (EMEA) stakeholders as needed.
- Manage all local reimbursement submissions to hospitals, HTA agencies, and National /Regional Institutions as needed.
- Partner effectively with local teams in the development of value based pricing, messaging and tools.
- Open dialogue and negotiate with hospital leaders to ensure that there are no barriers to equitable patient access to defined the products.
- Ensure there are no regional or national funding barriers to equitable patient access to the products using appropriate channels.
- Establish and drive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Build and strengthen relationships and networks with stakeholders and key influencers to understand the policy environment, gather early input on market access plans and identify opportunities for multiple engagement models.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
- Expert knowledge of developing health economic and budget impact models supported by academic qualifications or demonstrable experience.
- Expert knowledge of the Healthcare System (Spain and Portugal)
- Expert knowledge of the structure of the health care environment and funding flows in Iberia.
- Expert knowledge of key decision makers in Iberia and Spanish/Portuguese regions.
- 5 years experience within the medical device industry in reimbursement or market access functions, in public departments involved in reimbursement decision making or HTA, in consultancies performing health economic, HTA or market access work or a combination of the previous experiences.
- In country and international travel requirements of up to 50%.
- Languages: English C1
