Guardar Back to Search Descripción Resumen Otras ofertas Actualizado el 09/01/2026Head of People & Culture (H/M)A world leading manufacturer company in metal sector¿Dónde vas a trabajar?A world leading manufacturer company in metal sector with different plants in Spain and +600 employees.DescripciónReporting to the VP HR South of Europe, your main responsabilities will be:Act as a strategic partner to the VP Cluster South on all HR related mattersStrategic Partner - Develops and implements enterprise-wide strategies to address big challengesHR Operations Manager - Measure and monitors existing policies and proceduresHR Responder - Provides immediate fixes to acute HR situationsEmployee Mediator - Finds solutions to individual employee issuesSupport implementation of Strategic goals through HR-activities such as staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations,Developing, aligning, coordinating and supporting HR in the South areaImplement and be an ambassadeur for the company valuesRecruiting high level managers in South RegionHR legal support, supporting negotiations¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?The selected candidate will fit with:Education: Degree in Business Administration, Law or similar. Master in HR is very valuableExperience: Minimum of 10-12 years of progressively increasing a broad HR experience, preferably from an international environment. At least 4 years in a managerial role.Experience leading cultural changes is highly valuableSolid, working knowledge of all HR Operations, Development and Legal.In depth knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and collective agreements Strong expertise and sensitivities in recruitment activitiesLanguages: Bilingual or fluent in Spanish is a must.
