Head of Manufacturing Engineering

In this position, you'll oversee a team of 5 engineers while providing strategic direction to a broader group of 35 industrial engineers. You will lead new product industrialization, enhance manufacturing processes, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor 5 direct reports, while guiding a wider team of 35 engineers
• Lead industrialization efforts for new products and production lines
• Improve and streamline manufacturing processes, including SMT, automation, and testing
• Ensure successful and on‑time launches and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee investments, equipment reutilization, and cost‑optimization projects
• Promote a culture focused on innovation, safety, and robust documentation
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and cross‑functional engineering teams
