The Head of HR Systems & People Data & Analytics function is responsible for defining and executing the HR system (HRIS) strategy and roadmap, ensuring seamless integration across market units and a cohesive system landscape for the entire group. This function plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making, optimizing HR technology solutions, and supporting the integration efforts within the context of the merger by harmonizing HR systems and data frameworks.

Responsibilities:

HR System Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Define and drive the HR technology strategy
  • Develop a comprehensive HR system roadmap, enabling scalability, efficiency, and integration across market units
  • Ensure system harmonization between legacy platforms and new technologies
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of HR applications



People Data & Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain people analytics frameworks
  • Drive workforce analytics, predictive modeling, and reporting solutions to support leadership in strategic workforce planning
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Group HR Risk management data gathering and coordination



HRIS Implementation & Integration:

  • Lead the implementation of HR systems across market units
  • Define global governance frameworks and best practices for system adoption and data integrity
  • Ensure alignment with Group IT team for seamless integration across business-critical platforms
  • Support HR integration efforts by ensuring data consistency, system compatibility, and platform standardization post-merger



HR Digitalization & Transformation:

  • Continuously monitor emerging HR technology trends to support digital transformation
  • Actively participate in HR fairs, industry conferences, and external networks
  • Maintain strong relationships with HR system vendors and strategic technology partners

Expertise & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in HR technology strategy, implementation, and governance.
  • Strong background in people analytics, workforce data management, and predictive insights.
  • Expertise in system integration, cloud-based HR solutions, and data security compliance



Competencies:

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align systems with organizational goals.
  • Analytical capabilities to drive decision-making through people data insights.
  • Ability to navigate complex system landscapes and lead transformation initiatives.
  • Proactive engagement with HR tech ecosystems, ensuring continuous innovation and digital optimization

  • HR Leadership Team & HRBPs - collaboration on HR data insights, process and system adoption.
  • Center of Excellence owning the processes of the HRIS modules to be implemented
  • Group IT - alignment on system integration and technology strategy.
