The company has a skilled team of professionals experienced in developing games on various blockchain platforms, including Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain.

Descripción

  • Execute and develop go-to-market strategy for our product launch.
  • Expertice in organic growth initiatives, identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and revenues
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth, and present findings to the executive team
  • Coordinate with teams to execute marketing campaigns and product change
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, including product managers, designers, developers, sales assistants, and a growth marketer.
  • Monitor and report on key growth metrics, providing regular updates to the executive team.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • Prior experience in scaling start-up companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in organic growth marketing.
  • Eperience in go to market and testing channels.
  • Experience in digital gaming, web3 or entertainment industries is a plus
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team
  • C1+ English is a must
  • Located in Barcelona or Remotly
