Head of Finance - Spain (H/M)

As a Head of Finance, your main tasks will be:

• Define and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the Group's objectives and in close collaboration with the CEO/Board.
• Ensure end-to-end economic and financial management: accounting, taxation, management control, treasury, and consolidated reporting (IFRS).
• Lead the budget, forecast, and multi-year strategic planning processes.
• Manage treasury, financing operations, and relationships with banks, investors, and auditors.
• Oversee financial risk management (foreign exchange, interest rate, credit, commodities).
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance in an international environment.
• Promote the digital transformation of the finance function (automation, ERP/SAP, reporting, and data analytics).
• Integrate ESG and sustainability criteria into financial management and reporting.
• Lead, develop, and motivate multicultural finance teams across different geographies.
