Descripción

  • Lead and develop the regional accounting function, managing a team of three accounting specialists across Spain and Poland.
  • Drive standardisation of accounting processes and month‑end close procedures across the UK, France, Spain and Poland.
  • Act as Product Owner for Oracle NetSuite, ensuring optimal configuration, accurate mappings and seamless integration with Payflow and other finance tools.
  • Design, implement and enforce a robust internal control framework, including segregation of duties and approval workflows.
  • Oversee statutory and group reporting under local GAAPs and IFRS, acting as final checkpoint for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations and eliminations across the multi‑entity structure.
  • Lead audit processes and manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring full compliance with VAT, CIT and other local requirements.
  • Support the integration of new countries and GAAPs into existing systems and processes as the business expands.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance systems, tools and documentation to build a scalable, world‑class accounting organisation.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAPs, particularly France and Spain; exposure to other European GAAPs is an advantage.
  • Advanced user of Oracle NetSuite; experience managing ERP enhancements and third‑party integrations is highly desirable.
  • Process‑driven mindset with a strong focus on documentation, controls and automation.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop accounting teams, fostering a culture of rigour and accountability.
  • Professional‑level fluency in English and French is mandatory.
  • Big 4 or audit background is considered a strong plus.
