This is an international group involved in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of games, puzzles, educational toys, and creative play products, with a long history and presence across European and global markets. The company operates through multiple subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, France, and Hong Kong, and is known for producing a wide range of board games, puzzles, and learning products used by families worldwide.

Descripción

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation, ensuring accurate financial reporting for management and the board.
  • Oversee internal transactions between group companies, eliminations and currency‑related adjustments, as well as alignment of pricing policies across all entities.
  • Coordinate statutory accounts and audit processes across multiple countries, acting as the main point of contact for external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements and group accounting policies.
  • Strengthen financial governance, internal controls and balanced integrity at group level.
  • Provide performance insights, supporting the CFO and the financial planning team with analysis of financial results and commercial topics such as pricing, margins and revenue recognition.
  • Present financial results to teams without a finance background and collaborate with colleagues across Europe, the UK, France, Hong Kong and the US.
  • Lead improvements in systems and processes, including transformation projects, automation initiatives and alignment of procedures across countries.
  • Promote effective collaboration between group finance and local finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.



¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?



The successful candidate is a senior finance professional with strong expertise in group accounting, consolidation and financial reporting within a multinational environment. They bring solid technical knowledge of IFRS, processes between group entities, balance controls and audit coordination, with the ability to manage complex financial data across multiple jurisdictions. Experience in finance systems transformation and consolidation or reporting tools is highly valued.

Beyond technical capability, this person stands out for their strong communication skills, able to explain financial results clearly to teams without a finance background and collaborate effectively with colleagues across Europe, the UK, France, Hong Kong and the US. They are positive, flexible and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and confident presenting insights at senior level. A mindset focused on ongoing improvement, high attention to detail and the ability to build strong working relationships across teams are essential. A bilingual level of English is required, and experience in Big 4 environments is a strong plus.
