Our client is a global organization undergoing a strategic transformation in People & Culture, with a strong focus on efficiency, agility, and employee experience. They are building an Operational Excellence team to redesign HR processes and technology worldwide.

Descripción

  • Define the product roadmap for HR platforms aligned with business strategy.
  • Translate business and functional needs into scalable, user-centric digital solutions.
  • Prioritize releases and enhancements in collaboration with functional consultants.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across P&C, IT, vendors, and regional teams.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, driving innovation and digital transformation.
  • Monitor product performance and user experience to inform improvements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and system lifecycle to ensure compliance and fit-for-purpose platforms.
  • Represent business needs in system design and delivery.



¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • 10+ years of experience in product governance/ownership within OPEX or similar global roles.
  • Deep understanding of HR tech platforms, especially SAP and case management tools.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influence at senior leadership levels.
  • Focused on UX/CX, usability, and adoption across diverse populations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external tech partners.
  • Skilled in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable in global, matrixed environments with strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors and HR lifecycle processes.
