Driven by the mission of connecting people to opportunity through quality education and determined to provide a transformative learning experience to online professionals across the world, our Global Academic Team is looking to find an innovative and forward looking higher education professional to join us and become a key contributor to the success of our next innovation phase during a momentum year for the University.

The Global Product Development Manager will report to the Chair of the Global Academic Committee (Global Chief Learning Officer) and the Senior Director for the Online Program Management (OPM) and will work closely with the regional heads of academics throughout the organization. This key role will focus on our product (curriculum) with an eye to developing new programs that align with market demand locally, regionally and globally.

¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

  • Development of a full organizational inventory of programs (online and on campus).
  • Development of a new program assessment model (from process to scorecard).
  • Recommendations for sunsetting of existing programs and investment into new programs.
  • Collaboration and alignment with teams across different geographical locations to ensure consistency and efficiency in product development.
  • Support the efforts for a curriculum commons for sharing of curriculum.
  • Project management of all new curriculum/products created throughout the organization.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and outcome reports of the product development process.
  • Logistics and operational support for the Global Academic Committee to ensure regular engagement of sub-committees and communities of practice.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Full working proficiency in English and French: excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience (3-5 years) in program evaluation, including the evaluation of educational innovations and completion of a Masters in Education or related degree; OR thorough experience (5-10 years) in program evaluation, including the evaluation of educational innovations and completion of a Bachelor's degree in Education; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • A foundation in pedagogy, superior interpersonal skills, and strong oral and written communication skills are required. This professional challenge will require the application of intelligence, innovation, creativity and passion.
  • At least 3-5 years progressive experience in higher education, adult learning and eLearning with a strong background in instructional/learning design and project management specifically for online environments.
  • Experience with global higher education, accreditation and certification organization criteria, policies, standards, and processes is an asset.
  • Data driven decision-maker, systems thinker who can generate and execute ideas.
  • Thrives in a fast‐paced environment, integrating disparate activities, new technologies, and agendas while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
  • Identification of higher education market needs and trends globally.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with learning analytics.
  • Experience in working with contemporary learning design techniques, drawing from OPM Design, UX Design and Service Design.
  • Must have a working permit to work in Spain.
