Professional Background and Credentials

• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline from a prestigious university. An MBA or equivalent from a top-tier business school is highly desirable.
• Brings over a decade of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, including a minimum of five years in a senior global leadership capacity. Must have held a comparable position in a large, top-level multinational corporation. Applicants from mid-sized firms will not be considered.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing hybrid cloud architectures, enterprise-level networking, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks, service delivery models, and operational excellence principles.
• Proven success in leading major transformation programs and fostering innovation within infrastructure operations.
