- Elevate brand purpose through Storytelling & Content plan strategy.
- Manage the global creative output with qualitative, innovative, and exclusive concepts for a high-end brand.
- Define & execute content marketing calendar with a focus on building brand awareness, engagement, repetition & consumer satisfaction.
- Oversee the Global Social Media Strategy and manage the plan locally.
- Design transmedia campaigns to meet business objectives: concept ideation, claim, graphic design, content. generation & execution through Owned channels.
- Design a global content transmedia strategy: Digital, Social Media, co-brandings, PR/Influencers and events.
- Integrate a customer research practice: consumer behaviour, insights and market trends to define Buyer persona & segmentate messaging.
- Lead the creative team: graphic design, copy & social media (5 pax).
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
- 4+ years of leadership experience in content creation, advertising, and creativity within Advertising agencies/marketing departments.
- Deep creativity and vision for brands with a track record of developing winning ideas and campaigns that make a difference.
- Expertise in brand strategy, and one or more marketing disciplines across content, creative, PR/media, product marketing.
- Excellent project and workflow management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines simultaneously.
- Developed quantitative and analytical skills to understand and optimize marketing and brand performance.
- Intimate knowledge of creative, art & design communities.
- Bilingual English speaker. Fluency in Spanish.
