Descripción

  • Define and implement strategies across People, Finance, Operations, and Sales.
  • Lead and develop the organization in Spain and Portugal.
  • Ensure alignment with global product lines and corporate strategy.
  • Drive business development and anticipate market trends.
  • Manage financial performance, KPIs, and risk.
  • Promote sales excellence and customer-centric culture.
  • Optimize operational costs and ensure high service quality.
  • Develop leadership capabilities and talent pipeline.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years as Managing Director with full P&L and legal responsibility.
  • Over 10 years of experience in related industries, ideally in manufacturing or technology.
  • Proven track record in managing profit centers and global accounts.
  • Experience in multi-site and remote team management.
  • Successful execution of transformation and strategic projects.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Basque (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Based in the Basque Country (Gipuzkoa HQ).
