The focus lies on the execution of the formula, ensuring a significant focus on the growth of the organization and warranting the culture of the company.The General Manager is fully responsible for the P&L, expansion and execution of store activities. To ensure that the formula, policies and methods are implemented correctly, the General Manager will work closely with the Area managers and several central departments, including; Real Estate, Operations, Logistics, Buying and Human Resources.Responsibilities:Operational ManagementEnsures that the formula, policies and methods are implemented correctlyWorks closely with the Area Managers and several central departments, including; Real Estate, Operations, Logistics, Buying and Human ResourcesResponsible for an excellent operation.
