Descripción

- Strategic Growth & Expansion: You are responsible for the long-term scaling of the dealership. This includes growing the Sales and After-Sales departments and identifying opportunities to integrate additional product lines that complement our existing.

- Sales & Customer Excellence: Drive top-line growth by maintaining elite customer relationships. You are expected to be "in the field," supporting your team and engaging with customers during early-morning site visits or late-evening consultations.

- Marketing & Social Media Strategy: Take full ownership of local marketing. You will manage social media platforms (LinkedIn/Facebook) to showcase equipment and generate a steady stream of qualified leads.

- Financial & Operational Control: Full responsibility for the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. You must maintain a cost-conscious mindset, optimizing dealership margins and operational efficiency through the ERP system.

- Team Leadership: Act as a "People Manager" for the current team of 6, with the vision to recruit and develop new talent as the business expands. You will work side-by-side with your Service Manager to ensure high-level service and parts availability.

- Growth & Marketing KPIs Portfolio Expansion: Successful introduction and market penetration of new, complementary product lines.

- Organizational Scaling: Meeting milestones for hiring and onboarding additional sales and service staff.

- Lead Generation: Targeted increase in monthly qualified leads via social media and digital outreach.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Drive and extensive experience in the construction equipment sector. Character: Energetic, sales-driven, and a "builder" personality. You are willing to work flexible hours (early starts/late finishes) and are ready to travel to meet customers or visit the manufacturer. Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems for reporting; savvy with digital tools for marketing and communication.
