You are expected to be "in the field," supporting your team and engaging with customers during early-morning site visits or late-evening consultations.- Marketing & Social Media Strategy: Take full ownership of local marketing. You will manage social media platforms (LinkedIn/Facebook) to showcase equipment and generate a steady stream of qualified leads.- Financial & Operational Control: Full responsibility for the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. You must maintain a cost-conscious mindset, optimizing dealership margins and operational efficiency through the ERP system.- Team Leadership: Act as a "People Manager" for the current team of 6, with the vision to recruit and develop new talent as the business expands.
