Multinational healthcare sector, located in the centre of Madrid. is looking for a Global FP&A MAnalyst (3-6 years of experience) to be the owner of the Group's 5 Year Plan financial model. As well as helping the company's budgets and assisting in reporting. Skills in technology, common sense in the field are essential. Very high level of English.
Descripción
- Supports modelling the Group's 5-Year Plan financial model. The integrated financial model comprises a full profit & loss account, BS and cash flows
- Supports the annual budgeting process. Developing planning guidelines to the countries for the Budget
- Provides and ensures all the data and reports to the planning and forecasting processes on Group level
- Liaises with countries and HQ senior management on business plan and forecast
- Analyses and provides feedback on country submissions to the business plan and forecast
- Runs, analyses and updates scenarios for the above activities
- Reviews monthly country management accounts submissions and in particular the variance analysis and liaise with countries where items are not clear
- Consolidates monthly variance analysis
- Prepares & distributes monthly country managers reports templates
- Writes commentary and prepares various materials for inclusion in the monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc consolidated board results packages
- Ensures support to the whole Group FP&A team in excel models' analysis and cooperating strongly with MIS team for proper reporting
- Supports the OneStream and SAP implementation for FP&A, defining requirements with business sense
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
- Modelling experience
- Experience in Transactions (TAS) of a BIG 4 is valuable
- University/College degree in Economics
- Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English is a must
- ACCA/ CIMA would be an advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in similar a role
