Finance Transition Project Manager

Reporting to the Finance Operations Lead, your main responsabilities will be:

Validate the proposed transition scope and volume effort to transition (to BPO, new centralised teams or market re-alignment);

Understand the incoming and outgoing transition dependencies (people, porcess, technologies) to validate possible transition strategies (sequencing and waves);

Advise on suitable transition strategies and emerging transition plan, and work with key stakeholders, to obtain alignment (FT lead, HR Lead, BPO Provider);

Develop a detailed transition plan for captive and BPO transitions, in alignment with the BPO provider;

Define overarching transition governance (BPO and captive), including roles and responsibilities, meeting forums, status reporting, risk management, process scope and change control activities.;

Align the proposed transition governance with key stakeholders and set up agreed governance forums;

Work in close alignment with the workforce transition (HR) team to understand and plan for people impacts and recruitment's (where necessary);

Feed transition related decisions into the People and Business Case team to calculate business case impacts;

Oversee progress against the master transition plan and support risks and issues resolution;

Oversee the work of the BPO transition/Finance Operations support and Captive transition support resources.
