  • Implementing robust financial controls and managing liquidity.
  • Overseeing finance operations, including cash flow, payroll, audits, and ERP systems.
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives and business expansion through financial analysis.
  • Leading financial reporting and cost evaluations.
  • Managing and mentoring the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring proper insurance coverage and risk management across all assets

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • Experience within the F&B industry
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in multi-site operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in feasibility studies and business planning.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
