Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy that supports the organization's objectives across the EMEA region.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business success.



Strategy and Management:

    • Oversee the collection, integration, storage, and management of data from various sources, ensuring business data accuracy, integrity and security.
    • Establish and implement data governance policies to maintain high standards of data quality.



Analytics and Insights:

    • Lead the development and execution of advanced analytical models and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
    • Provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis and market trends.



Data Analysis and Reporting

    • Provide actionable insights to regional and local stakeholders based on data analysis and market trends.
    • Ensure accuracy of data into Corporate CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) leading specific training to the audience as well local Sales Teams.



Team Leadership:

    • Manage and mentor a team of business intelligence analysts and data specialists.
    • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
    • Conduct performance reviews and identify professional development opportunities for team members.



Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Partner with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, service, and operations, to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
    • Collaborate with departments to ensure the availability and scalability of data infrastructure and tools.
    • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.



Technology and Tools:

    • Evaluate and implement cutting-edge BI tools and technologies that enhance data analysis capabilities.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence and analytics.



Performance Measurement and Reporting:

    • Design and deliver dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance and opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor and assess the impact of BI initiatives on business outcomes and continuously refine strategies.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven + 7 years experience in a business intelligence , preferably in a managerial capacity.
    • Experience working in the EMEA region and understanding regional business dynamics.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in BI tools such as Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), Power BI, or similar platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and database management systems.
    • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive actionable insights.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing direct and indirect teams.
    • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
