Descripción

    • Manage and grow existing distributor and key client accounts, building long term and trusted partnerships.
    • Spot new business opportunities to expand market presence across Spain and Portugal.
    • Work closely with internal teams to deliver practical and tailored solutions for customers.
    • Define and execute local sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
    • Prepare and deliver clear, convincing presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Lead commercial discussions and negotiate agreements that work for all parties.
    • Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance, and report results clearly and regularly.



¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Solid experience in B2B sales or distribution, ideally within the electronics or a technical industry.
  • A technical background in electronics or electrical engineering, with the ability to discuss products and applications confidently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable working with distributors and end customers.
  • A results focused mindset, used to owning targets, forecasts, and commercial performance.
  • Experience defining and executing local sales strategies in line with wider group objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while staying structured and organised.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in a competitive environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and reporting to track pipeline and performance.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
