Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for

  • Execution of the Group's operations strategy to enhance market positioning, operating profits and service levels tailored to region-specific needs
  • Provide direction to GMs to develop annual business plans, KPIs and capital expenditure plans ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance with Group standards
  • Guide in strategy implementation by tracking properties KPIs against targets
  • Direct the preparation and consolidation of the operations budget and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead the development and implementation of operations policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure world class service delivery and innovation
  • Collaborate with GMs to implement LQA standards and competitive LQA score achievements

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Reports to the CEO.
  • Must hold a Six Sigma Black Belt qualification.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in one of the following:
    • General Manager or Senior Hotel Manager role, transitioning into an operations-focused position.
    • Operations Director level with a proven track record.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of luxury brands, aligning with the Group's positioning.
  • Flexibility for remote working, with no requirement to relocate to the UAE.
