Descripción
- Implement the Owner's vision and follow the guidance that has been established by the corporate office
- Work closely with the General Manager, Director of Sales and Director of Revenue Management.
- Manage the roles, responsibilities, and development of the marketing team
- Coordinate marketing activity with the diferent departments.
- Create and establish best-in-class positioning of both properties relative to both luxury brands and the international competitor set
- Create brand defining content and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Set SMART KPIs and report back monthly on the outcome of marketing initiatives
- Guide external agencies and freelancers under the supervision of the Corporate Office,
- Review and where necessary fresh the current brand positioning, brand architecture and guidelines
- Source meaningful brand partnerships by industry sector and activate local partnerships that engage and excite each properties target audience
- Drive the communications strategy to target new business in key source markets and emerging markets
- Ensure that in-house guests are fully aware of all the possibilities that the resort has to offer and receive recognition at the moments that matter
- Ensure that each property reaches their key target consumers with a return on marketing investment and increase in direct channel contribution
- Own the tactical media and influencer relationship marketing activity to ensure positive exposure for both properties, positioning them as the best that a European resort has to offer
- Ensure that each busines unit has its own marketing strategy
- Leverage distribution partners SMLW and LHW
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
- A minimum of 7 years in a luxury brand marketing leadership position with international experience
- Commercially savvy and highly proficient in brand building and e-commerce
- Fluent in written and verbal English, Spanish helpful but not essential
- Personable with excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Good listener who is culturally sensitive
- Self-starter, big picture orientated with an eye for detail
