Your primary responsibility is the maintenance and upkeep of the data center infrastructure. To make this possible, your role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervise server rack installation, hardware break-fix on various components, troubleshooting network issues and responding to emergent situations that affect operational stability.

.You will interact with stakeholder in Spain and across EMEA, so both Spanish and English language proficiency is essential
· Working to meet SLA's against assigned trouble tickets via a directed work-flow.
· Being first line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues.
· Performing regular server hardware repairs(drives, motherboards etc).
· Carrying out routine network, server hardware and OS related repairs.
· Working with cross-functional teams on a regular basis to complete routine work.
· Adhering to security and safety best practices in the data center.
· Performing server upgrades, rebuilds, scheduled works as required.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Basic qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent diploma Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair Experience in networking
  • Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts



Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networks
  • Earn trust, Ownership, Bias for action, Learn and be curious
