This pivotal moment requires both agility through change and experience in project management to support the need for a strong technological and digital transformation.The purpose of this role is to lead the group's global technology strategy, unifying platforms, processes, data, and technology culture, while driving innovation, professionalization, and the responsible and secure use of emerging technologies such as AI and data analytics, all in service of the business.Reporting line: This role reports directly to the Head of Operations.MissionTo define and execute the group's technology vision and roadmap, acting as a strategic business partner while leading digital transformation, ensuring the highest standards of security, compliance, and data protection, and building technological solutions that enable the company to:Make better data‑driven decisions;Scale the business sustainably across the U.S. and Europe;Integrate corporate and entrepreneurial cultures within a shared technology model.Key Responsibilities-Technology Strategy & TransformationDefine and lead the group's global digital transformation strategy.Design the target technology architecture, including systems, data platforms, AI and advanced analytics.Evaluate, select, and implement technology solutions that enhance business performance and decision‑making.Ensure effective technology integration between Companies, while respecting cultural and operational needs and differences.-Data, AI & InnovationLead the group's data and analytics strategy, with a strong focus on:Drive the pragmatic, visible, and secure adoption of artificial intelligence.Transform existing data‑driven initiatives into robust, scalable, and secure solutions.Source and implement innovative data analytics solutions consolidating the business units' specificities.Stay abreast of emerging and fading technology trends, incorporating this knowledge into the organization's technological approach. -Security, Compliance & Best PracticesDefine and implement strong cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance standards, particularly relevant in the U.S. and Europe.Establish appropriate policies, quality assurance processes, and security levels for current and future applications.Manage technology vendors, third‑party partners, and associated contracts. -Operating Model & ProcessesAssess current technology processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.Professionalize the IT function while preserving agility and an innovation mindset.Lead technology migration initiatives where required. -Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a bridge between business and technology, translating strategic needs into technical solutions.Collaborate closely with business teams across the U.S. and Europe.Monitor and assess IT budgets.Lead internal and external teams with a hands‑on, results‑oriented, problem‑solving approach. -Relationship with the BusinessTechnology must successfully support the global operations, delivering solutions with strong local execution.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?The experienced CTO / IT Transformation Lead should have:ExperienceProven experience as a CTO, Head of Technology, or IT Transformation Lead in multi-cultural and fast-growing environments.Experience working in or closely with U.S.‑based and European organizations (culture, contracts, vendors).Strong background in digital transformation, data platforms, technology ecosystems, and AI.Experience managing integrations, migrations, and multi‑country environments.Experience in Entertainment, Media, Consultancy or Services companies or similar will be valuable. Key CompetenciesStrategic profile with strong execution capability.Hands‑on, flexible, and action‑oriented mindset.Ability to operate across different cultures: corporate vs. Entrepreneurial, Europe vs. U.S.Excellent problem‑solving skills and continuous business improvement focus.Comfortable working across multiple time zones and willing to travel.
