The company operates in a B2B environment, serving professional customers through a strong network of distributors and specialized retail partners, and is recognized for product quality, innovation and market expertise.

Descripción

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for Spain and Portugal, with a strong focus on sales growth, customer development and market penetration.
  • Lead and actively support the sales organization, setting targets, coaching the team and driving performance.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key distributors, wholesalers and strategic accounts, acting as a senior commercial contact.
  • Identify new business opportunities, channels and partnerships to expand market presence.
  • Drive pricing, promotional and trade marketing strategies, in close collaboration with marketing and product teams.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipelines and forecasts, ensuring achievement of revenue and margin targets.
  • Strengthen brand visibility and execution at point of sale, including merchandising concepts, product launches and sales tools.
  • Gather and analyze market and customer insights to influence product development and commercial priorities.
  • Own the commercial budget and sales-related P&L, ensuring profitable growth.
  • Represent the company at major customer meetings, trade fairs and industry events.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of commercial leadership experience, ideally in B2B environments within tools, hardware, construction, building materials or related industries.
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth, managing key accounts and developing distribution networks.
  • Experience leading and motivating sales teams in a results-driven environment.
  • Previous experience in the painting sector (products, tools, coatings or related markets) will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with a clear focus on performance and execution.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
