- Design and implement the process to gather, collect and maintain the HR Data integrity and tools for the proper reporting and analysis on HR matters. Partner with the corporate / local finance and HR teams across the group.
- Drive the HR data analytics and Budget processes, forecast, etc.
- Control the group headcount (currently around a thousand of employees), the personnel cost planning and the forecast creation, among other KPI's by carrying out a regular deviation analysis.
- Design a scorecard to regularly analyze and follow up the potential deviation on any of the HR Metrics.
- Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) reports / scorecard as well as ad-hoc reports from various sources by checking/controlling data before uploading to ERP.
- Build the HR metrics culture across the organization
- Advise affiliates for appropriate maintenance of the quality data.
- Lead the communication and training on the HR processes to the HR Community to gather the relevant quality data.-Be the first HR Point of contact for the group stakeholders when it comes to HR Analytics.

- Support the CHRO in Managing M&A projects from the due diligence process to the final integration / on boarding considering all necessary requirements lieasing with external lawyers and M&A / Finance team
- Co-lead the implementation of HRIS and digitalization of HR functions across affiliates.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
Qualifications and skills:
- Hold a university degree on Economics/ Business Administration, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.-Fluent Business English is a must (Spanish and/or German is valuable)
- Proven knowledge and experience in data analytics of a minimum of 2-3 years. Finance auditor experience is valuable.-Already proven experience in personnel controlling fields and roll out project's implantation in a company.
- With a business partner spirit, strong networker with high consulting competences.
Skills:
- Very good analytical skills as well as a conceptual and systematic way of working.-Complex problems solving connecting the different inputs and or stakeholder's information.-Excellent communication and presentation skills, including usage of PowerPoint.
- Act as a team player.-Detail oriented.
- Computing:
- Experience with HRIS-ERP is required and Finance SAP experience is valuable-Excellent level of Excel, power point and other Microsoft tools
Availability to travel: (15%)
