Leading Multinational Service Company
Reporting to the Finance Director of Spain, your main responsibilities will be:
Coordinate, prepare and manage the financial statements for the different Spanish entities;
Provide monthly reporting to the management team in a timely and accurate manner, consolidating the information from the different Finance departments within the SSC for the local entity, presenting the annual accounts and the statutory accounting;
Supervision of the VAT process and Corporate Tax, giving explanation and recommendations;
Supervision of reconciliation of the different accounts;
Be the face of the company with Auditors and other regulators entities such as INE.
Calculate and communicate key performance indicators, coordinating the rolling forecasts and yearly budget processes.
Provide strong support to the business, becoming a key support for business intelligence tools like Power BI;
Support the finance teams in projects to improve the efficiency with better and faster information;
Understand and provide guidance of the global policies and changes that may occur into the Iberian region;
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
Degree or professional qualification in the area of Accounting and Finance, with at least 8 years of experience in Finance roles, with previous experience in Audit firms and then experience in a Controlling position within a Service Company. Global perspective, giving top analysis and recommendation to the C-levels, task oriented, problem solving or project management mindset. Strong knowledge on Tax, and the ability to operate at strategic and operational levels. Finally previous experience managing a global ERP, NetSuite/Oracle preferable. Excellent level of Spanish and English.
