Technology company located in Madrid is looking for a Consolidation & Accounting Manager with at least 3-5 years in a similar position. Previous experience as external auditor with good knowledge of IFRS is a must. Also, proven professional experience working within Consolidation, Accounting and Taxes.

Descripción

You will participate, among others, in the following tasks:

  • Monthly consolidation of the subsidiaries.
  • Analytical review of the individual financial statements of each subsidiary and of the reportings prepared by the accountants of those subsidiaries.
  • Management of internal and external audits.
  • Preparation and/or supervision of individual and consolidated annual accounts.
  • Preparation of yearly budgets: Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow.
  • Involvement in Due Diligence processes and in the subsequent assignment of value to each asset identified.
  • IFRS Implementation.
  • Mergers and demergers accounting.
  • Review of the different applicable taxes and its correct registration in the accounting ERP.
  • Implementation of improvements in our accounting ERP including the consolidation module.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a Big Four as financial auditor.
  • High level of English is a must.
  • High capacity for planning and organizing the team.
  • Focus on results. Completely used to working with tight deadlines.
  • Autonomy and proactivity. Totally used to teamwork.
  • Broad tax knowledge.
  • Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
  • Experience working with Navision / Business Central is a plus.
