Reporting to the Head of Data Protection.
The Compliance Officer Data Protection along with company's Data Protection Community and the Central Data Protection Team will steer and manage company's global Data Protection Management System.
The successful candidate is enthusiastic, organized, motivated and combines these capabilities with flexibility and the will to develop procedures supporting the company to improve the Data Protection Management System. Proven skills and experience in managing the protection of privacy and personal data in line with the European regulations and preferably data protection regulation of other jurisdictions are a prerequisite. The Role-Owner advice stakeholder of the Group in designing and operating processing activities and ensures the compliance with the relevant requirements.
Descripción
* You will support the Head of Data Protection in steering and managing the global Data Protection Management System and the Data Protection Community at the company
* You will be the contact person and provide legal advice on data protection topics to our central departments and operational units in particular with respect to labor relations topics
* You will accompany digitalization projects at the company under data protection perspective
* You will coordinate and monitor global data protection assessments, review measures and implementation steps and conduct assessments of current situation and data protection regulations
* You will support the functions to establish measurement plans and support the respective implementation
* You will identify projects and processes related to data protection
* You will implement a sustainable privacy by design approach, analyze and evaluate data protection-relevant contracts and create regular data protection standard reports for various stakeholders
* You are involved in the development as well as implementation of e-learnings and classroom trainings
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
You have at least 5 years of working experience in review of complex IT-systems and in analyzing data protection processes as well as evaluating thereof in IT systems
* You accomplished a university degree in (economic) computer science, law, business administration or comparable areas
* An accepted Data Protection Certification
*Preferably ITIL Foundation or comparable ITSM certification (e.g. COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000-1)
* You have experience in data protection / data privacy consultation
* You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft and user knowledge of further programs such as SAP
*You have high analytical skills and the will to take on responsibility
* You have experience in working with internationally geographically distributed teams
* You possess a strong solution oriented approach
* High level of spoken and written English; anyother additional language is an advantage
* Must possess strong working skills utilizing standard office technologies (Microsoft Windows, MS O365, etc.)
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), including active listening, with strong presentation and facilitation skills
* Willingness to travel
Desired qualifications:
* Experience in working with Data Protection Management Tools to manage RoPA and DSRs as well as to perform DPIAs and TIAs
* Experience in building and presenting reports
*Experience in developing and reporting on KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
