EMEA Sales Operations

  • Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards.
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
  • Refine customer segmentation and assist with overall territory mapping.
  • Partnering with Sales Leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models.
  • Assisting the Sales Leaders with Pipeline and Opportunity inspection.
  • Preparing Quarterly Business Review presentations.
  • Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material.

CommEx Hub South

  • Key responsibility to drive alignment in the region to achieve efficiencies in the function.
  • Optimize CommEx effort through in-market CommEx teams. Matrix lead for 3x CommEx resources
  • Work with country lead team stakeholders to shape& streamline CommEx agenda and delivereables
  • Overall responsibility to oversee and streamline data & analytics, sales process, incentives, new tool deployments eg CRM/CPQ, territory mapping etc. in the region.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • Bachelor or Masters' degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
  • 3-5yrs experience within a commercial excellence, project management and sales process transformation preferably from the medical device field
  • Experience with CRM, CPQ, Territory mapping tools
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, from Sales Representatives to higher management
  • You have strong networking and interpersonal skills towards different collaborators and cultures
  • Proficiency in English and additional knowledge of either Spanish/French/Portuguese/Italian is a plus
  • Comfortable with up to 40% travelling.
  • Energetic, straightforward, and performance-driven professionality with entrepreneurial spirit and strong marketing and commercial execution abilities
