EMEA Sales Operations
- Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards.
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
- Refine customer segmentation and assist with overall territory mapping.
- Partnering with Sales Leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models.
- Assisting the Sales Leaders with Pipeline and Opportunity inspection.
- Preparing Quarterly Business Review presentations.
- Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material.
CommEx Hub South
- Key responsibility to drive alignment in the region to achieve efficiencies in the function.
- Optimize CommEx effort through in-market CommEx teams. Matrix lead for 3x CommEx resources
- Work with country lead team stakeholders to shape& streamline CommEx agenda and delivereables
- Overall responsibility to oversee and streamline data & analytics, sales process, incentives, new tool deployments eg CRM/CPQ, territory mapping etc. in the region.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
- Bachelor or Masters' degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- 3-5yrs experience within a commercial excellence, project management and sales process transformation preferably from the medical device field
- Experience with CRM, CPQ, Territory mapping tools
- Ability to communicate at all levels, from Sales Representatives to higher management
- You have strong networking and interpersonal skills towards different collaborators and cultures
- Proficiency in English and additional knowledge of either Spanish/French/Portuguese/Italian is a plus
- Comfortable with up to 40% travelling.
- Energetic, straightforward, and performance-driven professionality with entrepreneurial spirit and strong marketing and commercial execution abilities
