The International Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing the global sales strategy to maximize revenue, market share, and brand visibility.   • Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead and manage regional sales teams to achieve revenue targets and optimize performance.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts, consortia, corporate clients, and travel agencies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to anticipate changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations to ensure alignment in commercial goals.
  • Represent the company at major trade shows, industry events, and key client meetings.
  • Prepare detailed business reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis for senior leadership.
  • Drive digital and distribution initiatives to strengthen global presence and enhance conversion.
  • Foster a results-oriented, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the sales organization.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role with international exposure.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth in multi-market environments.
  • Strong network of global corporate and leisure travel partners.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages highly valued.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
