  • Develop, coordinate, plan, and direct the Business Unit, aligning the strategic plan with the company's objectives to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Implement the company's global vision for business development in the domestic market.
  • Lead the strategic planning and budgeting process for the division.
  • Manage and supervise the entire budgeting cycle, setting objectives for different markets.
  • Provide leadership for the organization, ensuring continuous market analysis and adaptation.
  • Stay updated on product portfolios and market trends through ongoing training.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

  • Postgraduate degree
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Specialized knowledge of the hospital market and relevant industry-specific master's degree.
  • Professional skills: sales and negotiation abilities, analytical mindset, business acumen, commercial acuity, financial reporting, presentation skills, problem-solving, and clinical experience.
  • Personal qualities: teamwork, active listening, adaptability, collaboration, customer orientation, flexibility, organization, proactivity, tenacity, and empathy.
  • Leadership and management skills: people management, decision-making, delegation, and strategic thinking.
  • Over 15 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in team management.
  • We are open to candidates based both in Madrid and/or Barcelona.
