Our client, is an industrial engineering company, whose main activity is the optimization of productive, logistical and organizational processes in the industry, relying on advanced operation and manufacturing technologies, Advanced Organization models (Lean and Industry 4.0) and on systems of intelligent information (Digital Transformation).
o Identify new potential customers through contacts and research.
o Identify new niches and business channels for Sisteplant
o Updating our CRM and email databases
o Improve our portfolio of new customers INTERACTION
- Customer interaction (electronic, telephonic and face-to-face)
o Interact with customer demands and sales through various angles (email, chatbots, phone, social media, visits and events)
o Quickly but accurately identify specific customer issues and demands related to new projects, be able to effectively communicate issues to the senior executive team and respond to customer
ENGAGE WITH THE CUSTOMER.
- Direct engagement with the customer:
o Engage customers (email, phone, chat) who have been identified as potential customers and convert them into actual customers.
o Participate in the organization of events and conferences
o Actively interact and identify potential customers on-site and engage with them to solve their problems and convert them into customers
o Track and follow up on customer issues and report to the senior sales team.

Previous training and experience that make a difference on the front line:
You are an industrial engineer with a strong motivation for business development and an interest in being part of a company that creates factories of the future.
You have worked a minimum of 5 years in a management consulting firm or in an industry selling services industry.
