This results in an increase in related serialization activities:CMO onboarding activitiesRegulation projects - ME (UAE phase 2, Qatar, Kuwait), Kazakhstan, IndiaNeed to develop and establish global/local serialization processes and documentationIncreased quantities of serialization requests, issues, support, etc.Serialization SPOC tasks - affiliates and authoritiesMore users to be trained for serialization, processes and serialization systemsContinuous processes improvementsThe Serialization Business Analyst (SBA) will help with projects to ensure the company remains compliant with all serialization regulations.
