Guardar Back to Search Descripción Resumen Otras ofertas Actualizado el 13/01/2026Urban logistics developer and asset managerAcquisitions in Spain¿Dónde vas a trabajar?Our client is an important international urban logistics & industrial developer and asset manager with excellent positioning and prestige, expanding in Spain.DescripciónThe main duties the successful candidate will carry out are:Prepare, update, and review development appraisals, cost tender returns and banking terms received.Assist the European Team to compose Sighting reports / initial presentations on potential sites to be issued to Funds / internallyProvide support in collating specific market information & evidence to support development/standing investment bidsAssist with managing the Spanish database comprising all live developments, new site introductions, sites bid on and occupier interestHelp on new bids for Spanish deals and other European Regions if needed. This may include visits to the sites.Prepare internal reports, coordinate project monitoring reports, and organise funding reports to equity and debt lenders (under supervision of country lead).Assist London team and Country Lead with keeping track of actual spend versus budgeted spend on development deals done, including those done in Joint Venture.Assist the European Team to compose Board Reports / Business Plans on sites prior to exchange.Provide active support to the Country lead in the site sourcing, visit, review and present internally.Provide Support in negotiating and securing land/asset purchase agreements.Coordinate due diligence: design, building licence / planning, local authorities, contractors, lawyers, environmental consultants, topographic and geotechnical surveys, project management, brokers, and asset managers.Establish a project strategy with milestones and a plan to complete development effectively and within the budget for presentation to investment committee and other stakeholders.Liaise with lawyers particularly in respect of underwriting, general contractors' agreements, and property finance documents.Co-ordinate and assist European Team with putting together presentations for company / SPV Board Meetings.Undertake site visits when bids are being worked up to provide context visits when bids are being worked up to provide context.Attend Development Team events / lunches / Fund and Agency contact events hosted by CG.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Skillset requirementsProbably with 3-5 years + experience in the property / real estate industryExperience with property cashflows / financial modelling with technical background as a plusA detailed individual with strong analytical and report writing skillsGood knowledge of the Spanish Investment and Industrial Market, with special focus on the Barcelona marketThe candidate is likely to have worked for either: (i) a leading developer, (ii) a prominent investment fund or (iii) an international agency / brokerThe role is likely to suit a Senior Analyst or Associate, within a technical or financial analyst role.A dynamic individual that is responsive to tight deadlinesQualification requirementsSkills in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint.Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Spanish and English.Master's degree level or equivalent desirable but not essentialCandidate might be RICS qualified or similar, although this is not a prerequisite.¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?Possibilities for growth and developmentInteresting economic conditionsTo be part of a leading and expanding company in its sector.Ver más ofertas de empleoEduardo Priego FernandezIndicar número de referencia para la ofertaJN-032025-6693533Resumen de empleoSectorInmobiliaria y ConstrucciónSub SectorResponsable Senior TerrenosAñadir industriaPropertyLocalizaciónMadridTipo de ContractoPermanentNombre del consultorEduardo Priego FernandezNúmero de referenciaJN-032025-6693533
