Guardar Back to Search Descripción Resumen Ofertas similares Actualizado el 18/02/2025Be part of a leading real estate team managing high-value residential assetsGain exposure to strategic decision-making and asset optimization¿Dónde vas a trabajar?International property fund.Leading property team managing high quality residential assets across Spain and Portugal.Descripción Data Analysis, Finance & Performance MonitoringContribute to the strategy of the portfolios through data analysis and providing of relevant conclusions.Develop and maintain financial models (DCF) to assess asset performance and valuation.Assist in preparing annual business plans in collaboration with the Local Sector Lead.Support budget preparation and monitoring (revenues, OPEX, CAPEX) alongside operating managers.Track and report on key business KPIs, including occupancy rates, churn, rental growth, and margin analysis.Monitor budget execution, analyzing differences and providing conclusions.
