* Achieves sales and profit goals through market penetration. Develops new distribution outlets as needed. Analyzes market potential for new products and applications. Increases business among existing customers and acquires new customers.
* Establishes effective relationships with distributor principals and key distributor personnel, ensuring distributor loyalty to GDI products. Develops and upgrades distributor organization to provide maximum sales coverage.
* Sets short & long term sales strategies and programs, implements appropriate techniques to increase the sales volume.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
- Must be able to develop good relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Must have 5 years of experience in technical sales.
- Must be creative and have the ability to handle all situations including client crisis easily and resolve to everyone's satisfaction.
- Tecnical Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in marketing, business, management on related degree.
- MBA preferred.
- Spanish, good level of English required.
