- Key Account Management
- Sales development in the assigned area
- Sales turnover and Gross Profit management
- Manage aggressive growth plan
- Drive the new country access or new customers start up
- Extensive Travel within the region
- You develop sales and customer satisfaction in the area
- You bring technical support to our customer in the pre-sales phase
- You follow the sales from order to delivery

- Excellence in execution
- Record of accomplishment of success at identifying opportunities to grow and improve, to develop and articulate sales plan, and implementation
- A high level of accountability for operational efficiency
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen and sales competency
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data
- Fluent in English
- Strong analitycal skills
- 7 + years of experience in sales management positions
- Experience in related industry, such as industrial components, material handling, automotive etc.
