Descripción

  • Daily posting and clearing of bank transitory accounts for differents legal entities
  • Assure cash allocation for a different areas: AP/ AR/GL
  • Manage all IC posting for different legal entities
  • Create IC service invoice
  • Monitor all IC billing and assure transactions are processed according to internal policies
  • Assure balance sheet account assigned are fully reconciled by month end
  • To support querterly an annual audit requests
  • Support GL on month end closing for different groups entities
  • Work closely with Controlling and other departments in order to make sure expenses are correctly reported for all legal entities
  • Support AR function for customer collections and reconciliations
  • Support credit control activities
  • Collaborate on projects of continuos improvement
  • Adopt best practices and process
  • Support internal audits
