Descripción de la oferta
- Responsible for the initiation of review / drafting /negotiation and risk assessment of the following types of documented activity or agreement:
- Conditions of Contract (mitigated to reduce risk),
- Agency and or Distributor Agreements,
- Sub Contract Terms and Conditions of Contract - responsibly modified to incorporate the key conditions from head contracts,
- Confidentiality Agreements,
- Financing Applications
- EPC
- O&M







Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
EDUCATION : Bachelor Degree in Law.


EXPERIENCE :

- Extensive experience of reviewing and negotiating complex project contracts ( domestic and international) and clearly identifying business risks.
- Conversant with the construction and content of a number of model forms of contract relevant to the construction industry.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills both externally and internally in English and Spanish.
- Good communication, teamwork and reporting skills
- Proven experience of managing and developing a team of professionals
- Displays confidence and credibility and able to provide constructive and independent internal challenge.
- Ability to work under own initiative or within a team and under cost or time critical conditions
- Minimum qualification: relevant degree (eg law) and/or professional qualification related to contract management combined with at least 10 years post qualification experience.

LANGUAGES : Fluent in English and capable of providing executive briefings in English.
