Descripción de la oferta
To supervise a team of discipline Engineers in preparation and execution of commissioning and assume entire responsibility for the completion of the implementation in accordance with the client's needs and HSE standards. Commissioning Manager's may be responsible for multiple projects.
Duties
•Coordinate with the commissioning Engineers and ensure the development of integrated commissioning plans in addition to overseeing the preparation of commissioning schedules
•Carry out a detailed assessment of the work involved in the individual group as well as discipline with respect to the commissioning and assess the available resources and possible constraints in the execution of the same.
•Prepare manpower organization to fulfil the commissioning schedule. Coordinate with other departments/ agencies to resolve interface problems.
•Oversee and ensure all construction activities are completed prior to taking up the system for commissioning and ensure the setting up of safety procedures for the same.
•Provide guidance to the Commissioning Engineers in analysing the scope and ensure the preparation of procedures for systematic and sequential pre commissioning/start up.
•Ensure that all safety and precautionary requirements and procedures are followed during the commissioning process.
•Hold regular review meetings with the client on a regular basis
•Review reports generated by Commissioning Engineers and provide support and technical guidance as and when required.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
Engineering Degree with a at least of 15 years experience in Commissioning of oil and gas related projects.
