As an Associate:

* You will be involved in every phase of a consulting engagement, from pre-proposal research through final implementation.
* Almost immediately, you will join a project team, working at a client location, sharing your ideas, and addressing CEO-level issues.

As part of your responsibilities you will:
* Ability to perform business development at national and international level, identifying companies and key players.
* Work collaboratively with Client teams.
* Active coaching and mentoring.
* Drive internal intellectual capital creation.
* Deep understanding of the Telecom/Utilities/Energy industry.
* Highly motivated individual driven by a passion for Consultancy&Strategy.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to add value, influence change, innovate, visualize and create whilst providing outstanding client service.
* Dynamic and enthusiastic team player that enjoys driving internal and external client satisfaction.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
- Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent degree.
Top MBA studies a must.
- Minimum four year experience in consultancy firms/boutiques or strategy or financial planning departments in the industries (Telecom, Energy, Pharma, Private Equity, Financial Services).
