The primary objective is to be responsible for the subsidiary in Spain.
Leading and managing the Sales, Marketing & Sales Support, Finance and Services Departments in Iberia.
Responsible for developing, adopting and implementing the agreed-upon marketing strategy.
In charge of some domestic key accounts.
Ensure that the company reaches its gross margin target and is profitable.
Manage business growth according to annual business objectives.
Set up a profitable business in all channels.
Contribute to the Group's strategy and its development plan.
Ensure that the weekly and monthly financial information is provided including P&L, cash management, and sales forecasts.
Set up and run customer services of excellence.
Develop and implement price policies and negotiating conditions aimed at optimizing sales and margins.
Carry out regular sales forecasts and analyses by supplier and reference.
Lead the team so that it will provide marketing support and contribute to the product development process.
Evaluate the competition recurrently and supply feedback for the overall strategy.
Manage business and deal with conflicts in an appropriate and profitable manner so as to protect the company's interests, and solely upon instructions and advice.
Establish a team approach and ensure that the personnel has sufficient training and motivation. Perform an annual personnel review . Maintain and regularly update human resource policies so that they are fair and meet legal requirements.
Evaluation of potential synergies in the commercial strategy between countries within the European region.
In close co-operation with other colleagues in Europe to develop the Brand concept, positioning and build the brand in the Spanish market.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
Degree in Business Management. Advanced-level university degree in Sales & Marketing or the equivalent professional experience. 35 - 40 years old. Male or female. The selected candidate will have a global experience of 12/15 years in an multinational environment.
The ideal candidate will have between 5/10 years of experience as National Sales Director in a medium/small company or as a Regional Sales Manager in a large company.
Highly experienced in B2B / B2C sectors in products with technology features, several levels of contacts (mainly purchasers). Used to dealing with business and negotiating contracts with clients in the direct channel and with distributors.
Experience with management procedures in the areas of personnel, objective setting and implementing, setting up schedules and developing strategies in the B2C and in the B2B channels.
Substantial experience in budget preparation and implementation. Experience in updating and negotiating contractual terms and conditions. Proven record of achievement in delivering challenging objectives.
Good level of experience in leading, motivating and influencing teams, allowing the branch to meet individual customer needs and to provide the very best customer service.
Fluent in English. Italian is a plus.
Recognised as having strong leadership qualities. Team leader with initiative.

Results orientation and ambitious with a clear and strong client orientation and flexibility.
