Multinational company setting a IT Solution Delivery Center in Madrid.
Descripción de la oferta
The selected candidate will have mission to manage the Solution Delivery team in the SAP factory and to ensure SAP project delivery in an efficient and standardised way and responsible for all planning, estimating and costing in the factory.
- He will provide solution delivery direction and advice (programme, project and implementation management) and support (coaching, mentoring), to the solution delivery team across all programmes and projects ensuring dependencies, risks and quality are being managed.
- Will manage 11 direct report and 50-150 indirect people.
-His governace will be as a senior supplier on project boards for regional projects.
- Coaches solution delivery managers in Best Practice.
- Provide project and delivery resources to manage global and end market IT projects within the factory.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders (Regional Directors, Regional Leadership Teams, General Managers).
- Ensure aligned and effective working relationships with other functions (Solution Delivery Center, Strategic Business Systems, Regional and end market IT functions).
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar position with SAP projects and in the following requeriments:
- Project Management: Authorise the management of larg-scale projects.
Leads project planning, controlling, high risk projects managed.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Supports effective business change by building relationships with and between senior strategists, planners, designers and operational business partners. Initiates procedures to improve relations and open communications with and between stakeholders.
- Service Level Management: Sets strategies for service delivery that support the strategic needs of the client organisation, authorises allocation of resources for monitoring service delivery arrangements, provides leadership within the industry on the identification of future trends (e.g. technical, market, industrial, socioeconomic, legislative)
- Extensive experience on delivering IT solutions.
- Strong line management experience.
- Strong motivation, coaching and mentoring skills.
