  • Identify and analyze problems.
  • Agree and promote improvements.
  • Participate in weekly improvement operations meeting (Sprints).
  • Propose, agree and implement changes.
  • Supervise performance of ongoing processes.
  • Participate in software requirements definition and implementation for service.
  • Support the service director in analysis and reports.
  • Ensure good implementation of changes.
  • Manages the service process team: Spare parts supply and service contracts management.
  • Good communication with logistics as a provider of critical services for service activity.
  • Good communication with IS&S solutions to evolve service organization tools and processes.
  • Good communication with people in the field and technical specialists.
  • Fluent relationship with business lines and their needs.
  • Fluent relationship with Area Managers.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Former studies: Bachelor related to technical knowledge, industrial organization knowledge or IVD knowledge. E.g. Electronics engineering, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Telecommunications, Biology
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in a department or division delivering service and support, preferable within healthcare sector as a Technical Service Process Manager.
  • Good track of success managing people.
  • Previous experience in processes that related to customers.
  • Desirable MBA or business related experience.
  • Desirable experience in lean process management applied to services.
  • Language fluency:
    • Fluent English is mandatory both oral & written.
    • Spanish
  • Travel requirements:
  • 20-30% of time (Europe)
