Descripción de la oferta

  • Reporting to the whole structure within the Project Management Office.
  • Reporting to the Area Manager and the Key Account Manager.

  • Establish a relationship to the clients, based on their feedback, in order to cooperate
    with this particular client.

  • Present a project structure and definition also to achieve a final project design for each
    new implementation project.

  • Identification, coordination and management of the current resources that are going to
    be used in the project.

  • Monitor and supervise not only the organization but the tasks that the system and
    application consultants develop.

  • Identify and manage possible situations for tensions and conflict of interests within the
    team to prevent this from happening.

  • Present alternatives and solutions regarding to this incidental conflict situations related
    to the assigned project.

  • Communicate the status of the project and its progress, giving feedback to the Company
    and also reporting to clients.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Ability to lead others directly and transversally (project based).
  • Ability to communicate and make himself / herself understood among the team
    members and at all levels of the organization in perfect English.
  • Ability to make his/her team grow (determine clear objectives and goals (both for
    performance and for development), leverage interpersonal skills in the team, experience
    in building high performing teams, foster a good teamwork spirit, etc.)
  • Proven track record of project management skills (clearly define milestones and action
    plans, searching highest quality standards when executing plans, manage and handle
    situations of stress, solve problems in a timely manner and without high cost impact,
    handle deadlines, increase customer satisfaction, etc.)
  • Knowledge regarding to clinic laboratories organization ( minimum 5 years experience is
  • Knowledge and/or experience in IT projects management.
  • Expertise working with informatics tools and SW management to be a must.
  • Systems technical knowledge (Servers, DB, Nets) to take into account.
  • Certification PMP
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English language is a must.
