  • Build and maintain relationship in order to promote instrumentation, reagents and services sales, ensuring customer relationships are optimized to achieve sales targets and budget, while keeping the overview about the sales territory in terms of understanding the opportunities, risks and competition's activities.
  • Ensure a sufficient number of visits to customers (Laboratory and Clinicians Dept.), respecting the objective set in the territory.
  • Execute the SBO meeting plans of actions as agreed with Clinical Sales Mgr.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, public tenders for been reviewed by Senior Management prior to negotiation with customers
  • Develop own sales skills & knowledge of the products, services and customers by working closely with Clinical Sales Mgr. and more experienced sales representatives. Interact cross-departmental co-operation, leading to best possible and efficient team work
  • Report on sales, activity and territory performance as required by organization
  • Keep the Sales Force Automation (IMPACT) tool daily and correctly up-to-date (customer address, contacts, opportunities, install base activities..)
  • Ensure sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policies
  • Provide training and technical support in simple diagnostic systems
  • Provide marketing and competitive information to Marketing and Field organizations, having a complete understanding of each KOL
  • Participate in Customer User Symposiums and/or Sales Symposiums. Participate and support local, regional, national, trade shows.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • University degree in Bioscience ( Physician, Biologist, Pharmacist, Chemist)
  • High knowledge in Bacteriology and Molecular Biology (Microbiology Specialist via FIR, MIR, desirable)
  • 5 year experience working in laboratory environment or previous life sciences sales experience
